He has been a Director of the Company since 1996, Chairman of the Board since 2004, a Director of GFNB since 1994, and Chairman of the Board of GFNB since 2004. He was President of the Company from 1996 to 2012, and CEO from 1997 until his retirement at the end of 2012. In addition, Mr. Hoy was President of GFNB from 1995 to 2011. Mr. Hoy’s more than four-decade career with our organization started in 1974 as a management trainee and included various roles in GFNB’s Trust and Investment Division. He serves on the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York Board of Directors, a role he has held since 2011. Mr. Hoy holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
