Image Sensing Systems, Inc. is a technology company focused on infrastructure improvement through the development of software-based detection solutions for the intelligent transportation sector. Mr. Parker served as interim CFO for Ener1, Inc. from 2011 to 2012. Ener1, Inc. is an energy storage technology company that develops lithium-ion-powered storage solutions for application in the electric utility, transportation and industrial electronics markets.
