Prior to joining BlueLinx, she was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for BellSouth Corporation’s Communications Group ("BellSouth") and held various other positions at BellSouth from 1985 to 2007. She is a certified public accountant licensed in the State of Georgia. She is a director, chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Nominating & Governance Committee of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. She is also a director, chair of the Audit and Finance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee of CyrusOne Inc. Ms. Wentworth’s experience as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of BlueLinx as well as her 22 years of telecommunications industry experience at BellSouth makes her a valuable asset as Chairman of the Board and as a member of the Audit and Finance Committee, the Compensation Committee, the Governance and Nominating Committee and the Executive Committee.
